Intern has been trained by the owner since January. Any sealed report he produces is reviewed, edited, and stamped by Scott or Ryan before delivery.

$650 per visit

- Commercial & code-classified projects
- Sealed report available (+$550 starting)
- Drawings & design work available
Applies to any project the building code classifies as commercial, regardless of building size or type.
